netloop.ai uses and integrates open source software. The applicable license
and copyright notice for each component are documented below. The full listing
(including license texts) is maintained in the project's NOTICE
file.
1. LibreChat (Chat Interface)

netloop.ai's user interface is based on LibreChat (MIT). Custom branding (logo, name) is license-compliant. There is no user limit or branding restriction.

FerretDB serves as the MongoDB-compatible database backend for LibreChat, replacing SQLite/S3 from earlier versions. It stores chat conversations, user accounts, and configuration data.

pymupdf is licensed under AGPL-3.0 / commercial and is used exclusively for an internal administrative offline document conversion process. It is not part of the public web application, any API service, or any distributed component.
4. Go Connector (CLI client)

MPL-2.0 (certifi, tqdm) is weak/file-level and has no Copyleft effect on the larger work. The Python prototype connector (connector/py) is not distributed.
6. AI Models
The AI features of netloop.ai use the API of Mistral AI (France, EU) as a commercial remote service. No model weights are embedded or redistributed. Mistral AI's terms apply (https://legal.mistral.ai/terms).
